Checked against IBPS's own upload guidelines (June 2025 version). IBPS also asks for a handwritten declaration (800 × 400 px, 50–100 KB), in English, not in capital letters. Make it with the Crop and resize page using a custom size. A live photo capture is also needed. Check the notice of your exact post before you submit.

How to resize your IBPS photo, signature and thumb impression
- IBPS is already selected above, so the tool applies its rules for you.
- Select your photo from the gallery. Drag or zoom it so your face sits in the middle of the frame.
- Sign on plain white paper with a dark pen and select a picture of it. Do the same for the thumb impression.
- When every row shows a tick, download the files and upload them on the official form.
Common reasons uploads get rejected
- The file size is outside the KB range.
- The pixel size does not match.
- The format is not JPG. Some phones save HEIC or PNG.
- The background is dark or coloured, or there is a shadow on the face.
- The signature is too faint or cut at the edges.
Common questions
What is the IBPS photo size?
IBPS asks for a photo of 20–50 KB (200 × 230 px), a signature of 10–20 KB (140 × 60 px) and a thumb impression of 20–50 KB (240 × 240 px), as JPG files.
How do I reduce my photo to 50 KB?
Choose IBPS in the tool and add your photo. It finds the right quality automatically so the file lands inside 20–50 KB.
Why was my IBPS photo rejected?
Usually the file is outside the allowed KB range, the pixels do not match, the format is not JPG, or the background is dark. The tool checks all of these before you upload.
Are my photos uploaded to a server?
No. Everything happens inside the browser on your own device. Nothing is sent to us.
Is this site connected with IBPS?
No. This is an independent free tool. Always read the current notification at ibps.in before you submit your form.
